Restaurant Shift Manager

The Junction Kitchen & Provisions is looking for an experienced, hands-on Shift Manager/Floor Manager to help lead our busy neighborhood brunch restaurant.

We need someone who can confidently run the floor, lead the team, manage a busy brunch rush, work expo, handle guest issues, and jump in wherever needed.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EARLY MORNINGS AND WEEKENDS

What You'll Do

• Run smooth, organized shifts from open to close
• Lead FOH staff and coordinate with the kitchen
• Manage floor flow, sections, breaks, cuts and side work
• Work expo and jump into service when needed
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Enforce established service, cleanliness and restaurant standards
• Coach employees and address issues in the moment
• Complete opening/closing duties and shift documentation
• Communicate staffing, maintenance and operational issues to management

We're Looking For

• Restaurant leadership experience
• Strong FOH and high-volume service experience
• Comfortable working expo
• Calm, confident leadership during a rush
• Reliable, organized and proactive
• Direct, respectful communicator
• Someone who sees what needs to be done and does it

Pay: $24–$27/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time preferred; weekend availability required

Locally owned in Park Circle - breakfast and lunch all day concept with busy brunch weekends. Open Tues to Fri 8am to 2pm and Sat & Sun 9am to 3pm - closed mondays
