What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders using paper pick sheets (no RF scanners)
Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming materials
Organize inventory and maintain an efficient warehouse layout
Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials safely throughout the facility
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment
Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Lead
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience
Experience operating a sit-down forklift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
Ability to read and understand work orders and pick sheets
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to stay productive independently
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating a stand-up forklift or order picker (man-up forklift)
Shipping, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn product lines
Training may be provided for qualified candidates who are eager to learn additional equipment.
