This is an excellent opportunity for a current Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Associate Project Manager , preferably with landscape construction experience, though candidates from related trades such as concrete, site development, civil, grading, or specialty construction are also encouraged to apply , who is eager to lead full-cycle construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate landscape construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee billing and documentation
- Collaborate with field teams and ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations
- Review contracts, submittals, and plans to ensure project compliance and efficiency
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to ensure successful delivery
- Support estimating and pre-construction efforts when needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experiencein construction project management, project engineering, or assistant PM roles (experience inlandscape, concrete, or site workpreferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, reading plans, and managing subcontractors
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience withunion labor, prevailing wage, and public agency documentationa plus
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office, Procore, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree inLandscape Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
