As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of James Imaging Systems, delivering outstanding service and technical expertise directly to our customers.

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on printers, multifunction devices, and related equipment at customer locations.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair calls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and networking-related issues.
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy within company standards.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service.
• Accurately document service activities and equipment status.
• Manage service routes and schedules efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain all company-issued assets, including your vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, fuel card, and service tools.
• Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude at all times.

• Formal electronics training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort working with technology.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

• Experience repairing office equipment, printers, copiers, or multifunction devices.
• Networking experience or IT-related troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role.

Starting pay is for entry-level candidates with little to no experience. Compensation increases based on relevant experience, technical knowledge, certifications, and industry background.
