What You'll Do:

• Learn to Lead – Develop your leadership skills by working alongside experienced managers and supporting the salon team.
• Drive Sales – Learn how to build memberships, increase retail sales, and help the team reach its goals.
• Build Relationships – Create a welcoming customer experience and build strong relationships with guests.
• Coach & Motivate – Learn how to train, encourage, and hold team members accountable.
• Learn the Business – Gain hands-on experience with scheduling, daily operations, cash management, and key performance metrics.
