Line Cook

Seeking dedicated skilled line cook to join our kitchen team with a strong understanding of food safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for preparing menu items, according to recipes with attention to presentation standards. Will be required to collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operation.

Closed Sundays and Mondays

hours of operation 3pm-10pm Tuesday -Saturday

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-2 experience of kitchen experience preferred
• fast paced environment
• must be able to keep workspace clean and sanitary
• must be able to do stairs + carry things (some storage is in basement)
• work well with others
• must be flexible and able to work any station on the line: prep, grill, fryer, pizza
• positive attitude
