Prestige Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for a leading aerospace manufacturing company near Muskegon, MI.
This position is responsible for leading and motivating the manufacturing workforce to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and scheduling objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate employees.
- Plan daily activities, prioritize work assignments, and coordinate staffing.
- Manage staffing levels, attendance, vacations, overtime, and leaves of absence.
- Provide employee feedback and address performance issues.
- Schedule production and work teams.
- Review production and operating reports and resolve operational issues.
- Promote EHS, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support TPM, Kaizen, and 6S initiatives.
- Work with management, engineering, quality, and maintenance to improve operations.
- Monitor production, quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable collective bargaining requirements.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and union representatives.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with troubleshooting production problems.
- Prepare and analyze production documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
- Ability to work the assigned off-shift schedule and weekend requirements.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Experience with TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, Kaizen concepts.
- Strong communication, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude.
- Ability to promote and implement change and continuous improvement.
