YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PATIENT CONCIERGE
In this full-time role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and reassuring experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors. Throughout your day, you'll greet patients with warmth and professionalism, answer incoming calls, assist with scheduling appointments, and help keep operations running smoothly.
