Barrel One Collective (B1C), a proud operator of highly successful restaurants and taprooms, is searching for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operation of our new Harpoon Restaurant and Taproom in Manchester, NH.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the Manchester location, ensuring service, operational, and financial goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a leader with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality and craft beer. The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and inspire a team that embodies B1C's mission and culture.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Supervision

• Manage all aspects of the Manchester operation, including seasonal outdoor spaces and events.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to B1C's culture and standards.
• Develop and execute training programs to onboard and continuously educate staff.
• Provide hands-on coaching and foster a supportive, collaborative environment.

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee daily operations, from food and beverage service to private events.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage vendors, ordering, inventory, and POS systems (Toast expertise preferred).

Strategic Planning & Financial Oversight

• Develop and execute budgets and business plans to achieve financial goals.
• Analyze key metrics and report results to B1C leadership.
• Identify and implement long-term strategies for growth and improvement.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Lead local marketing efforts, including social media, Google, Untappd, and more, in partnership with the Digital Marketing team.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Food & Beverage general management experience, including opening new establishments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven expertise in POS systems, cost control, cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A passion for craft beer and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
