We are seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Program Lead who enjoys blending clinical excellence with mentorship, program development, and community engagement.

This role is ideal for an experienced SLP who wants to help shape services while remaining actively involved in patient care.

Your Role

Serve Children & Families

• Provide high-quality pediatric speech and language services
• Complete evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing care
• Partner with families to support meaningful outcomes

Develop Clinical Talent

• Mentor clinicians across the practice
• Support onboarding and training efforts
• Promote evidence-based intervention and clinical quality

Advance Community Access

• Build relationships with schools, physicians, and community providers
• Participate in networking and outreach initiatives
• Help expand access to pediatric speech-language services
