Icertis CLM Functional Consultant

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an Icertis CLM Functional Consultant position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Configure and manage Icertis CLM (ICI) contract templates, clause libraries, metadata, and approval hierarchies.

• Design and optimize agreement workflows across drafting, negotiation, approval, and signature.

• Support UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, and provide end-user training.

• Configure dashboards and reports for contract obligations, renewals, and compliance.

• Support integrations with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, e-signature tools, and other enterprise applications.

Skills:

• Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

• Icertis ICI platform configuration

• Workflow automation and business process mapping

• Contract templates, clauses, metadata, and approvals

• UAT, user support, and training

• Analytics, dashboards, and reporting

• SAP Ariba, Salesforce, and e-signature integrations

Experience:

• Experience implementing and configuring Icertis CLM solutions.

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, workflows, and approvals.

• Experience supporting integrations and working with business stakeholders.

• Experience with UAT, functional troubleshooting, and end-user training.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
