Associate Veterinarian – General Practice

Memphis Metro, Tennessee
$110,000–$175,000 | Full-Time

Looking for a general practice where you can practice quality medicine, work alongside an experienced team, and still have room for life outside the hospital?

DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established companion animal practice in the Memphis metro area. This opportunity offers a varied general practice caseload, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and a collaborative environment focused on quality patient care and professional growth.

Experienced veterinarians and newer DVMs are both encouraged to explore the opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Your caseload may include:

Wellness and preventive medicine
General medical care
Diagnostic workups and case management
Routine surgery
Dentistry
Same-day sick visits
Client education and communication
Collaboration with veterinarians and support staff

You’ll have room to continue developing your clinical interests while practicing within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What They’re Looking For

DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
Active Tennessee veterinary license or ability to obtain one
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
Interest in continued clinical and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

Market-based compensation range: $110,000–$175,000, depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, clinical skill set, and compensation structure.
