• Supervise the projects your team of technicians is working on
• Inspect the company’s tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Arrange technician training programs, mentorship, and guidance
• Implement workplace policies and standards
• Liaise with technicians, customers, and senior management

• Proven interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• 1-3 years of experience as a technician in related field required
• 1+ years of experience as a technician supervisor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
