Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Managerto join our team! Youwill be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise andcoordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and foodpreparation
• Train and manage allpersonnel. Interview and hire and supervise training of new personel.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Continually train in team building practices.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Ordering of food and non food products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food serviceor other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

We are a well known , well established franchisee restaurant in the Edison area. We are busy year round. You will join a team of employees where your enthusiasm and talent are appreciated and you will be treated as a valued member of our team. Shifts are afternoons thru early evenings.
