Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find an RF Technician in Webster. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
Responsibilities:
Assemble & RF Weld materials by joining, aligning,reinforcing,and forming fabrics/materialsto tight tolerances.
Cuts materials, according to specifications using blade, scissors, or electric knife.
Tests, examines, and measures sample and finished articles to verify conformance to standards.
Monitors machine operation to detect problems, such as defective or breaks in welds or machine malfunction.
Mounts attachments and adjust machines according to specifications.
Positions and marks patterns on materials to prepare for RF welding.
Removes finished materials from machine.
Maintain RF equipment.
Records amount of materials processed in production logs.
Communicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent,
1+ years of Softgoods manufacturing, preferably inaerospace.
Proficient in reading soft-goods fabrication and assembly drawings.
Proficient in the fabrication of soft-goods patterns.
Ability to fabricate articles to very tight tolerances.
Ability to cut materials according to specifications, or cuts excess material or thread from finished product, using blade, scissors, or electric knife to very tight tolerances.
Monitors machine operation to detect problems, such as defective RF welds, breaks in RF welds, or machine malfunction.
Capacity to work in a team environment.
Capability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
Requires the candidate to have strong and dexterous hands.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:00am - 4:30pm
Must be able to work 10 - 12 hour shifts if neededfor accelerated production requirements.
Pay Rate:
$20-$26/Hour
Dependent on experience.
