Hands of Unity, LLC is currently looking for dependable, compassionate, and motivated
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!
We are seeking individuals who have a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them live safe, meaningful, and independent lives in a residential/group home setting.
Available Shifts:
•
Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
•
Day Weekend: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Every Other Weekend)
•
Overnight: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
•
Weekend Overnight: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (Every Other Weekend)
DSP Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting individuals with daily living activities
• Providing support according to each individual’s ISP
• Completing required daily documentation
• Supporting community activities and appointments
• Assisting with meals and household responsibilities
• Medication assistance, when applicable and properly trained
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
We are looking for candidates who are
reliable, patient, compassionate, professional, and able to work as part of a team. Dependable attendance and arriving to work on time are very important in this position because the individuals we support depend on consistent care.
