Process Designer to lead process improvement efforts, optimize workflows, and support strategic business initiatives across multiple functional areas.

Contract Length: 6 Months
Full-Time Contract (40 hours/week) $55-$70 per hour based on experience

Role Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in process design, business process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, or related disciplines in the insurance industry (industry experience required)
- Strong process mapping and business process modeling expertise
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and change initiatives
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or related frameworks
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience supporting operational, transformation, or business optimization initiatives
- Project management experience
- Change management expertise
- Experience developing process metrics and performance reporting
- Bonus - Experience integrating AI into process driven initiatives.
What You Will Do: Lead process improvement and operational excellence projects from discovery through implementation
- Analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Develop process documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Establish KPIs and process performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to define requirements and drive successful outcomes
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management initiatives, and process adoption efforts
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build consensus
- Create executive-ready reporting and recommendations based on operational and business data
