Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington State
• Experience in school-based settings highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of pediatric and adolescent development
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret evaluation results for students with a variety of needs
• Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to individual students in alignment with district and state requirements
• Document progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, support staff, and families
• Provide direct therapy services to address sensory-motor, self-care, fine motor, and functional skills
• Educate teachers and parents on strategies to support students’ success in the classroom and at home
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions for optimal student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to periodic reviews
