Oracle C2M Cutover Lead

We are seeking Oracle C2M Cutover Lead at Philadephia, PA for 12+ months, Please find teh Job Description below

Prior Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B cutover leadership experience strongly preferred.
Ideally has led at least one large-scale utility CIS implementation through production Go-Live.
Strong understanding of C2M conversion, batch processing, integrations, environment activities, validation, and business readiness.
Experience developing and managing highly detailed integrated cutover plans/runbooks.

Experience running large Command Center/Control Center operations.

Strong critical-path, dependency, risk, and schedule-management capabilities.

HP ALM experience preferred, particularly an understanding of how test/defect readiness impacts cutover entrance criteria and Go-Live decisions.

Ability to challenge technical estimates and identify execution gapsnot simply consolidate status.

Strong executive communication and ability to operate under significant schedule pressure.

Utility experience required; gas or combined electric/gas preferred, electric acceptable.
