Pizza Salad Cook

Off Square Brewing, a privately owned brewery with a full-service restaurant and seasonal outdoor patio, is looking for a talented and hardworking Pizza/Salad Cook to join our small but mighty team! If you love crafting Neapolitan-style pizzas in a wood fire oven and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Pizza/Salad Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality dishes our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Neapolitan-style pizzas using a wood fire oven with precision and care.
• Creating fresh and flavorful salads that complement our menu.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
• Ensuring every dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and quality.
• Collaborating with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy shifts.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
• A strong attention to detail to ensure every dish is perfect.
• Familiarity with wood fire ovens and Neapolitan-style pizza preparation.
• A commitment to cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work hard as part of a close-knit team.
