PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN I
Poway, CA|Full-Time|$21–$24/hour

Radeus Labs designs and manufactures rugged, customized computing and communications systems that support mission-critical operations across the aerospace, defense, and commercial industries.
We’re looking for a Production Technician I to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, hands-on position where you’ll learn how our products are built, assembled, inspected, and tested. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with your hands, and excited to learn new technical skills, this could be a great opportunity to grow with Radeus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, drawings, and work instructions
• Follow established processes and instructions to complete work accurately and efficiently
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects, missing components, or workmanship issues
• Assist with basic product testing under the direction of experienced team members
• Accurately document completed work using travelers, checklists, and other production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Follow Lean Principles and Lean Manufacturing
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
