Part time Kitchen Supervisor

Hello. We are looking for a Part Time Kitchen Supervisor for Mondays, approximately 40 Mondays a year to help create 1000-1200 handmade jars of pickles weekly. This job also has the opportunity to grow into a prep role on Sundays, a part-time Farmers Market Salesperson, and a team member in our shipping department. Our company is growing, Be a part of its growth. (Those other jobs have a different wage). The ideal candidate should maintain a mellow demeanor while being fast and efficient in cooking and knife skills, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production to meet weekly targets of 1000-1200 jars
• Maintain quality control throughout the pickle-making process
• Coordinate and supervise a team of more than 6 members
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Utilize sharp knife skills and food preparation techniques
• Ensure safety compliance in the kitchen environment
• Operate standard kitchen tools and specialized pickle equipment
• Manage a steady but manageable production pace
