Job Description:

Entry-Level Driver & Warehouse Associate – Real Career Growth

This role is open because our current driver was just promoted to a Field Technician position. We develop careers here.

We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented entry-level driver and warehouse associates to join Proconex. No experience requiredwe provide structured training.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive company vehicles delivering parts to customer locations throughout NJ/PA
  • Handle warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
  • Load and unload trucks safely
  • Assist with basic product assembly
  • Support warehouse and facility operations

What We'll Train You On:

  • Safe driving and DOT compliance
  • Shipping/receiving software systems
  • Warehouse operations and inventory
  • Equipment operation (including forklift)
  • Assembly basics and quality checks

What We Need:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to learn
