Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and specifications.
Load and unload materials, components, and finished parts.
Inspect finished products for defects and quality concerns.
Trim, finish, package, and prepare completed products as needed.
Monitor equipment and report mechanical or production issues.
Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
Identify and separate defective or nonconforming products.
Help minimize scrap and material waste.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
Assist in other production areas as needed.
