Machine Operator – Overnight Shift
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts
Job Overview
We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Southampton, PA. Previous machine operating experience is required, but silicone or plastic extrusion experience is a plus and not required. We are willing to train candidates who have experience operating manufacturing or production machinery.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing and production machinery.
- Set up, monitor, and make basic adjustments to machines.
- Inspect finished products for quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine problems.
- Complete production paperwork and record information accurately.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing equipment experience required.
- Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
- Must be available to work overnight/night shifts.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license to travel between two nearby work locations as needed.
- Basic mechanical ability and willingness to learn.
- Able to stand and work for extended periods.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
