Maintenance Associate.

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Associate to join our team! the ideal candidate must have an excellent work ethic, fast learner, Mechanical Knowledge, We will train on all aspect of the operation.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repair and machine/conveyer lines, ovens, equipment.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring.
• Perform basic facilities maintenance.
• Change out motors and drives as needed.
• Follow PM schedule and document maintenance/repairs in CMMS.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Basic knowledge of welding.

Essential Skills:

• 2 + Years previous experience as a maintenance performing repairs on production equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Fast learner.
• Must be able to work O/T
• Have basic knowledge to read blue/prints.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent communicator:

Shift Schedule:

------1st shift is 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday occasionally work Saturday.
------This is a permanent position based in Racine WI

Pay and Benefits:

-----The pay range for this position is $21 - $25 PH.-based on experience. Off shift work will be compensated accordingly. Benefits include profit share, paid vacation, annual bonuses and more.
