Pem Inserting and Riveting - (2nd shift only)

Responsibilities:

• Assembly mechanical components and systems -sheet metal products
• Setting up and operating hardware insertion machines (Heager, PEM).
• Installing studs, pem nuts, rivet
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to assemble mechanical components accurately.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble products according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet the company's standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process.
• Document assembly processes and maintain records of completed work.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a mechanical assembler in a manufacturing company
• Previous experience with operating hardware insertion machines such as Heager, PEM is a plus
• Experience with installing studs, pem nuts, rivets
• Mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment, including assembling cabinets is preferred
• Able to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Sheet Metal job shop experience
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening

Hours are:

Second Shift - Monday through Thursday - 4pm to 2:30am

The pay is $26.00 an hour based on experience
