- Performmaintenanceandrepairsondieselengines,transmissions,brakes,suspension,andhydraulicsystemsforIdealeaseleaseandrentaltrucks.
- Conductsystemdiagnosticsusingcomputerizedequipmenttoidentifyandverifyissues.
- Followcheckliststoensureallcriticalpartsareexaminedandadjustedasneeded.
- Performpreventivemaintenance,routineinspections,andcorrectiverepairs.
MobileServiceOperations:
- Respondtocustomerservicecallsforon-sitediagnosticsandrepairsatvariouslocations.
- Workindependentlywhiletravelingtocustomersitestoprovidetimelyandefficientservice.
- Replaceandrepairbrakesystems,suspensioncomponents,andpowertrains.
CustomerServiceandCommunication:
- Maintainpositiverelationshipswithcustomers,providingclearupdatesonrepairstatus.
- Ensurecustomersatisfactionwithallservicesperformed.
- Exhibitprofessionalismandcourtesytoallclients,visitors,andcolleagues.
