Remote Speech Language Pathologist in MN

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support middle school students. This role offers a hybrid setting with a preference for onsite work in Andover, MN, while remaining open to teletherapy options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services to middle school students either onsite or through teletherapy platforms.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure integrated support for student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
• Adhere strictly to state and federal guidelines as well as school policies regarding service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (submission required with application).
• Previous experience in school-based SLP services, preferably with middle school populations.
• Ability to provide both onsite and virtual speech therapy services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills facilitating effective collaboration.
• Availability to work approximately 0.8 FTE (30 hours per week).
• Understanding of workload limitations to comply with Minnesota’s 1.0 FTE laws for school assignments.

Location:

• Andover, MN with the service provided primarily in a middle school setting.
