Looking for a steady 2nd shift manufacturing job where you can learn, grow, and build hands-on production experience?
We’re hiring Machine Operators / Production Operators to operate processing and production equipment in a food manufacturing environment.
Whether you’re looking to get started in manufacturing or already have 2+ years of machine operating or production experience, we’d like to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Operate production and processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Start up and shut down equipment following established procedures
- Monitor equipment and products for quality and production standards
- Follow product specifications, recipes, and manufacturing procedures
- Perform minor equipment adjustments as needed
- Assist with equipment and production line changeovers
- Complete production, quality, batch, and traceability records
- Perform basic equipment cleaning, lubrication, and inspections
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and sanitary
- Report equipment, product, food safety, or workplace safety concerns
- Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
- Work with your team to keep production running smoothly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or GED
- Entry-level candidates are welcome
- Machine operator, production, processing, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- At least 2+ years of machine operator or production experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn production equipment and processes
- Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality
2ND SHIFT:
- Monday–Friday
- 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
