POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting production in areas of the Concrete Operations team. Will be cross trained in multiple areas to support production needs

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cross train in several areas of Concrete Operations, such as:

Spray Team

• Prep and clean molds, stage tabs/rebar and other needed items in area
• Roll out sprayed concrete panels during each set
• End of spray set clean up
• Cross train to become mixer and sprayer

Kitting

• Follow standard work procedures per product to ensure it can be handled and shipped without damage
• Create/modify pallets into specified configurations
• Use of saws, drills, staplers, and heat shrink wrapping
• Load semi-trailer with kitted product for shipping

ATTRIBUTES

• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be comfortable with cross-training
• Takes ownership and pride in delivering a high-quality product

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic computer knowledge, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

The target hourly range is $19.00 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience.The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
