A full-time Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) opportunity is available with a community pharmacy in Southwestern Kansas. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day pharmacy operations while providing quality patient care.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Serve as PIC and oversee daily pharmacy operations
- Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
- Verify prescriptions, dispense medications, and counsel patients
- Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy, DEA, controlled-substance, HIPAA, and other regulations
- Oversee 340B pharmacy operations, inventory, pricing, and reimbursement
- Manage inventory, controlled-substance records, wholesalers, and pharmacy partners
Requirements:
- PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Kansas Pharmacist license
- Eligible to serve as PIC in Kansas
- 1–2 years of retail/community pharmacy experience preferred
- Previous PIC, supervisory, or lead experience preferred
- 340B experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain Oklahoma licensure/registration for applicable cross-border dispensing
- BLS/AED certification upon hire or ability to obtain within 60 days
