Position: Warehouse Team Lead
Pay: $25/hr
Shift: 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 rotating shift
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to start immediately at $25/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Supervise daily packaging operations, including mold changes, equipment setup, and maintenance
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, and personnel issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation for production, safety, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with departments to optimize workflows
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related fields
- Knowledge of safety protocols, GMP, and quality assurance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP; familiarity with Raven and Infinity is a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with TPM initiatives and equipment maintenance
- Exposure to mold changes and equipment setup
- Background in food safety or GMP environments
Shift & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work rotating shifts from 7 pm to 7 am
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in a manufacturing environment
