Manager, Shop Operations

Sheppard Services is seeking an experienced Manager, Shop Operations to lead the daily operation of our electric motor, pump and rotating-equipment repair facility in Theodore, Alabama.

This is an on-site leadership position responsible for shop scheduling, employee performance, labor productivity, quality, safety and on-time completion. The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage people, priorities and job costs.
