Now Hiring: Quality Associates
Currently looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Quality Associates on-site at the Mercedes Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you'll help ensure Mercedes-Benz vehicles meet quality standards and are customer-ready by performing detailed inspections, functional checks, and required vehicle updates.
Pay: $21.00 an hour
Perks: Health insurance and paid time off (PTO) available after60 days.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform complete vehicle quality inspections in accordance with established standards.
- Vehicle body inspections
- Functional operation inspections
- Visual and quality checks
- Install small vehicle accessories and required materials.
- Labels and labeling
- Vehicle literature
- Consumable materials
- Review Mercedes-Benz systems for required vehicle updates and instructions.
- Document completed inspections and updated vehicle information in the appropriate Mercedes-Benz system.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year minimum of quality assurance experience.
- Certification or course studies in Quality Assurance preferred.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed (possible mandatory overtime).
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
