Integrity Trade Servicesis currently seeking a
detail-oriented Production Associateto join a growing
digital print and direct mail production facilityin Grand Rapids. This role supports the production and processing of high-volume mailing projects and requires individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and print environment.
Responsibilities- Operate and assist withinserter machines and mailing equipmentused in direct mail production
- Performbindery tasksincludingfolding, cutting, and finishing printed materials
- Supportdirect mail processingto prepare customer mail campaigns for distribution
- Ensure quality and accuracy of printed materials and mailing pieces
- Load materials, monitor equipment, and maintain production flow
- Maintain a clean and organizedprint production warehouse
- Follow safety and production procedures to meet daily production goals
Qualifications- Previous Print Production, mailing operations, bindery, or warehouse production, using inserter machines or mailing equipment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in afast-paced production environment
- Strongattention to detailand quality control
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
