Pay Rate: $17.00 per hourShift:Day and night shift: 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am (will start on 4-10 hr shift Monday-Thursday with potential OT on Fridays as needed and transition to 2-2-3 rotating schedule)Why you should apply to be Machine Operator:

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
  • Operating and monitoring manufacturing and packaging machinery to ensure efficient production.
  • Utilizing HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Multitasking and managing multiple machine operations simultaneously, adapting quickly to dynamic production environments.
  • Performing basic math calculations related to production and completing production records/logbooks accurately.
  • Identifying, escalating, and resolving equipment or process issues proactively.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have prior manufacturing experience, preferably in a fast-paced production or industrial environment.
  • Are experienced in operating manufacturing or packaging equipment/machinery
  • Can work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Are a quick learner with the ability to adapt and react quickly in changing production situations.
  • Are comfortable multitasking, following SOPs, and adhering to documentation requirements.
  • Have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
