About the Role
Rusty Rail Brewing Company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Events Dishwasher to join our Events & Banquets Team. This position plays a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth service for weddings, banquets, and private events. You'll work closely with our kitchen and events staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area during high-volume service.
Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment during and after events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
Support the culinary and banquet teams with setup, breakdown, and cleanup
Assist with restocking and ensuring all dishware and utensils are ready for service
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
Requirements
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and event hours (schedule varies week to week)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required – we'll train the right person!
