SHUTTLE DRIVER / SERVICE SUPPORT

Savannah Toyota is looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional Shuttle Driver / Service Support team

member to join our Service Department. This position provides customers with safe and courteous transportation

while also assisting the Service Department with daily support duties. We are looking for someone who enjoys

working with people, stays productive, and is willing to help wherever needed.

• Safely transport service customers to and from the dealership.

• Provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer.

• Assist with moving and parking customer vehicles.

• Help maintain an organized service drive and customer parking areas.

• Pick up or deliver vehicles, parts, paperwork, or other dealership items as needed.

• Assist the rental/loaner vehicle operation when needed.

• Help keep shuttle and dealership vehicles clean and presentable.

• Support Service Advisors, management, and other Service Department employees with daily tasks.

• Maintain communication with the Service Department regarding customer pickups and drop-offs.

• Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic laws.

• Perform other Service Department support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles.

• Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.

• Willing to help in different areas of the department as needed.

• Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment requirements.
