General Description
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person who would support a high-impact human resources projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • ATS Optimization & Integration: Integrate orientation and onboarding processes directly into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), configuring necessary forms, automated workflows, and user permissions to streamline recruitment and onboarding.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to map current procedures, gather input on pain points, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • SOP Documentation: Develop a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual that clearly outlines the new onboarding and orientation workflows for future reference and training.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general admissions and recruitment-related operational duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Interest in process improvement, documentation, organizational knowledge management, recruiting, and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for conducting interviews and professional writing.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining data integrity: ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across documentation.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with internal processes and proprietary information.
  • Able to take initiative, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
