Craig Comfort Control is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. This position plays a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating customer communication, maintenance agreements, scheduling, and technician dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customers by phone, text, and email
- Manage and coordinate Maintenance Contracts
- Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians efficiently
- Assist with Quickbooks bookkeeping tasks (training provided)
- Maintain organized customer records and office communication
- Support additional office and operational tasks as needed in a small business environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or office experience required
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or trade industry preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and honest
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist in different areas as needed
