Our client is a family-owned contract cleaning company specializing in new construction, industrial, commercial, and residential projects. They are looking for an experienced Boom Lift Operator to assist with elevated cleaning and site support activities throughout the Richmond area.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate boom lifts on active construction and industrial sites
- Perform elevated cleaning and maintenance support tasks
- Vacuum, wipe down, and clean assigned areas
- Assist with general site cleanup and final-clean efforts
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report safety concerns
- Follow OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols
- Support project teams in keeping work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience operating a boom lift
- Construction site experience preferred
- Valid Boom Lift Operator Certification required
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in varying job site conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays consistently
