CNC OPERATOR
Location: Rhode Island
Pay: $20–$30/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC mills or lathes, strong blueprint reading skills, and experience performing quality inspections.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic electrical schematics
- Perform first-piece and final inspections
- Use a variety of QC inspection tools to verify part quality
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Use computers for production and quality-related tasks
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of CNC Operator experience with mills or lathes
- Experience using QC/inspection tools
- Ability to read blueprints and basic electrical schematics
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
