As a central point of contact for our key stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between engineering excellence and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading Programs:Developing Statements of Work (SOW), assembling cross-functional teams, and defining clear deliverables.

• Strategic Oversight:Managing full-scale project timelines and navigating the critical path using advanced project management toolkits.

• Risk Management:Proactively identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks to ensure seamless delivery.

• Stakeholder Synergy:Acting as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring expectations are met and communication is transparent.

• Experience:3+ years in a Project Engineering, Program Management, Program Engineering or Project Management role.

• Industry Knowledge:A background inInjection MoldingorContract Manufacturingis required. (Medical device experience is a significant plus).

• The "Soft" Skills:You are a natural communicator who can lead teams, resolve conflicts, and manage direct customer interactions with ease.

• Tech Savvy:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Teams). Experience withSmartsheetor similar PMIS is preferred.
