What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Client Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact between our clients and their customers while developing your communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing our clients through professional, face-to-face customer interactions
• Building positive relationships with customers and delivering an excellent experience
• Learning about customer needs and helping identify appropriate products and services
• Communicating client information, promotions, and solutions clearly and professionally
• Supporting customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Maintaining a strong understanding of client goals, services, and brand standards
• Working toward individual and team performance goals
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Collaborating with teammates to maintain a positive, high-performing environment
• Developing communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills for future advancement

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment
