We are looking for an experienced Receptionist 4 to support daily front-desk and administrative operations for a Contract position based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role serves as a key point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and internal teams while ensuring the reception area and meeting spaces run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational ability, effective communication skills, and a dependable approach to handling clerical and customer-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests professionally, guide them to the appropriate contacts, and create a positive first impression at the front desk.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries, including package receipt, distribution, and shipment processing.
• Maintain accurate visitor records, call documentation, and security badge or pass issuance in accordance with site procedures.
• Oversee meeting room calendars and help ensure boardroom equipment is ready and functional for scheduled use.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance such as document preparation, typing, filing, photocopying, binding materials, and assembling outgoing mailers.
• Respond to information requests from staff and visitors with accuracy, discretion, and timely follow-through.
• Support general office organization by keeping reception resources, records, and shared materials orderly and accessible.• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 8-10 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented customer service approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with general computer literacy.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with visitors, colleagues, and external contacts.
