As our Multi-Craft Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who keeps machinery humming, spaces safe, and operations moving.
What You’ll Tackle
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and condition checks to spot issues early and uphold safety standards.
- Respond quickly to service requests and urgent breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Document all workmaintenance activities, parts used, and repairsin accurate records.
- Partner with teammates to streamline processes, improve uptime, and boost overall efficiency.
- Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new systems and equipment.
- Maintain clean, orderly work areas and follow established safety protocols.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED; trade/technical certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar mechanical/electrical role.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
- Diagnostic skill and the ability to repair a variety of equipment types.
- Strong problem-solving habits and an eye for detail.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Flexibility to support operations as needed, including some weekends and holidays.
