Compensation:

$101,000 - $250,000 Potential Annual Earnings - Commission-Based


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, guiding them toward achieving their financial goals.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos area.
  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative financial strategies that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Provide personalized financial advice, ensuring clients understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.
  • Build and manage your own book of business, leveraging our resources and mentorship to maximize your potential.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, making adjustments as needed to align with their evolving objectives.
  • Lead educational workshops and seminars to empower clients with knowledge and tools for financial success.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services, with a focus on client education and relationship-building.
  • Ability to develop and implement customized financial strategies tailored to individual client goals.
