CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED CROSSDOCK LUMPERS! We are hiring LUMPERS for a CROSSDOCK Warehouse in Compton, CA. Lumpers will be responsible for safely loading and unloading boxes weighing up to 50 pounds at a fast pace. A pair of 2 lumpers will be assigned to load/unload 20 containers (6000 pieces) during an 8 hour shift or 23 containers (8000 pieces) during a 10 hour shift. Checkers will be responsible for confirming that style number, counts, pallets, and containers being processed are correct. Checkers will also be assisting with loading/unloading as needed. This site is cleaned and sanitized according to current CDC standards.
This is a PART-TIME/WEEKEND opportunity paying $18.47 - $19.47 an hour. There are THREE shifts available. You will be working 8-10 hours a day, Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
1st shift - 8:00AM to 4:30PM - Pay: Lumper - $18.47/hr
2nd shift - 5:00PM to 1:30AM - Pay: Lumper - $19.47/hr3 rd Shift - 1:00 AM to 7:30 AM - Pay: Lumper - $19.47/hr Plus, working with Empire means you will enjoy the following benefits:- Paid Sick Days

To qualify, you must have at least 6 months of recent experience Lumping/Checking orders and be:- Comfortable lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace. (As described above.)
