General Labor / Production Associate

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor / Production Associates to join manufacturing facilities in the Metro Detroit area. These are fast-paced production positions that are well suited for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse operations, or general labor.

These opportunities offer overtime, with some positions providing the potential for contract-to-direct hire for employees who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, safety, and overall job performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Complete basic assembly and production tasks while following work instructions.
• Handle, move, organize, and stage parts and materials as needed.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure basic quality standards are met.
• Maintain production speed and meet daily productivity expectations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Follow directions from supervisors and production leads.
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist in other production areas when needed.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on work experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work approximately 50–55 hours per week, including scheduled overtime.
• Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions consistently.
